Best Upgrades
The best Fortune Mill upgrades are the ones that open a new loop: automation, helpers, permanent multipliers, ticket systems, side minigames, Sushi wheel rewards, and Gacha item slots. Small payout upgrades are still useful, but buy them after the systems below are working.
Short Answer
