Magic

Magic upgrades are purchased from Magician Mousey’s study panel. They mostly improve Darts, Rattling Gunner, and Shadow Realm.

Spending magic ranks

Fire Darts earn Magic EXP after Magician Mousey is unlocked. Favor Arcane Darts and Poison Darts for Shadow Realm damage; Golden Darts and Alchemic Chapter improve gold gain. Sparkie Chapter raises imbuement chances, and Mousey Synergy lets the Rattling Gunner use imbuements.

An Orange ticket jackpot doubles magic points per rank. Magic stats can be reset, so ranks can be reassigned when your current goal changes.

Frictionless Gears	15K magic points, then 1.12x per level	No cap	Your gatling rat shoots 1.038x faster
Mousey Synergy	150 magic points, then 1.08x per level	No cap	Your gatling rat’s darts can now also be imbued by magic! It’s rare though, at 7.273% of the normal chance.
Arcane Darts	50K magic points, then 1.13x per level	No cap	Your darts have a 1 in 50 chance of being imbued with ARCANE! When hitting the Shadow Realm Skeleton, they deal 30 more damage
Poison Darts	2K magic points, then 1.1x per level	No cap	Your darts have a 1 in 40 chance of being imbued with POISON! When hitting the Skeleton, they apply 1 stack(s) of Poison. Each stack boosts all damage by +1%.
Universal Slayer	100K magic points, then 1.15x per level	No cap	Your gold gain multi from slaying Shadow Realm bosses now applies to ALL rooms, but only 10% of it does
