Magic ranks come from Fire Dart progress after you unlock Magician Mousey. Spend ranks where they solve your current Darts problem.

Marker Priority Magic Upgrade Why
Fire Darts icon 1 Fire Darts Your darts have a 1 in 40 chance of being imbued with FIRE! When hitting the board, they give +1 exp for Magic Mousey
Golden Darts icon 2 Golden Darts Your darts have a 1 in 60 chance of being imbued with GOLD! When hitting the board, they give 20x more gold!
Sparkie Chapter icon 3 Sparkie Chapter All darts have a 1.3x higher chance of being imbued!
Alchemic Chapter icon 4 Alchemic Chapter All gold gain is multiplied by 1.25
Frictionless Gears icon 5 Frictionless Gears Your gatling rat shoots 1.038x faster
Mousey Synergy icon 6 Mousey Synergy Your gatling rat’s darts can now also be imbued by magic! It’s rare though, at 7.273% of the normal chance.
Arcane Darts icon 7 Arcane Darts Your darts have a 1 in 50 chance of being imbued with ARCANE! When hitting the Shadow Realm Skeleton, they deal 30 more damage
Poison Darts icon 8 Poison Darts Your darts have a 1 in 40 chance of being imbued with POISON! When hitting the Skeleton, they apply 1 stack(s) of Poison. Each stack boosts all damage by +1%.
Universal Slayer icon 9 Universal Slayer Your gold gain multi from slaying Shadow Realm bosses now applies to ALL rooms, but only 10% of it does
  • If Shadow Realm fights are the blocker, favor damage, poison, and Arcane tools before pure gold.
  • If you are using Darts to fund later rooms, Golden Dart and global Darts gold scaling matter more.
  • A jackpot on the Orange ticket doubles available magic points per rank, so Lotto progress can indirectly improve Mousey.
  • Resetting magic stats is supported by the save manager, so magic should be treated as a flexible build tool rather than a permanent trap.
